Shipping is flat rate of $5.95 for all retail purchases within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping for Wholesale orders is $15.95 for all purchases within the 48 contiguous states.

For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping is a flat rate of $14.95.

All orders are printed and made to order which can take up to 5 business days to assemble. Wholesale orders will ship out within 48 business hours. Then allow 3-5 business days for the item to deliver after shipping.

Our main source of shipping is UPS ground. However under special circumstances and with larger orders, a trucking carrier company may be used. We will always receive three freight estimates with trucking companies, so that we make sure you are receiving the best price available. A few examples of trucking companies that we use are FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, Roadway, Milan, and Pitt Ohio.

The 48 contiguous states are all the US states that are touching one another. Hawaii and Alaska are the two noncontiguous states.

An extra large print is any print that is 60.25 united inches or bigger. United inches is figured by adding the height and width together.

Example: If a print is 24 x 36, the united inches would be 60 inches.

If damage has occurred and you feel that it was due to mishandling by the freight carrier, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-577-5920 to advise us immediately. You must call us within 48 hours of receipt of packages to report a claim. We will then file a claim with the carrier. Please keep all packaging until claim has been settled.

We stand 100% by the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged merchandise or are unhappy with the quality of your order, a replacement may be issued at no additional cost. Please report any damaged/defective products within 48 hours of the receipt of your order to request a replacement.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that has all the tracking information.

If something about the product you receive is incorrect, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-577-5920 to advise us immediately.

We do not have an option to upload your own image, but if you visit Design A Frame on our sister company’s website then you can use your own photograph, and custom build your frame.

If you order a print only then the print will be rolled, and shipped out in a tube.

All prints are giclee printed on 137# offset text semi-gloss photo paper. Giclee printing is a high-quality printing method where prints are made one print at a time.

All mats will be 2 inches wide, all the way around the image.

An artprint is made to order and is printed onto thicker, semi-gloss paper. Posters are in stock items, that are on thinner poster paper.

Unfortunately we are not offering non-stretched canvases at this time.

All canvases are gallery wrapped around sturdy, 1.5-inch wood stretcher bars. The corners are then neatly hand folded and the canvas is secured with staples on the back.
